Citrus acidity jumps at you, bringing with it the sea breeze coming from the coast. Chalky minerality follows, and maybe a hint of bloody iron.

From scenic Ardèche (Southwest Rhone), meet Jérôme Jouret. He's from a wine family, but his approach is as youthful as his visage.

Their 12 hectares are fully organic, and committed to zero added sulfites, his wines are a wonderful expression of a beautiful land.

This is a delicious wild baby. Light bodied, high-toned. Blackberry and plum shine out with a light chalky almost candied note. Light spices and flowers move through that long fruit finish.
She can take a chill

G.D. Vajra is a winery seemingly incapable of producing anything but the best. The Rosa Bella is unsurprisingly a rosé we keep coming back to.

Vinho Verde's are all the rage this time of year, and for good reason.
As the sun begins it's slow journey to oppressive, we find ourselves craving a drink as jubilant as the spring breeze.

This low intervention, hand-harvested girlie doesn't disappoint.

Light effervescence that leans more fuzzy than fizzy. Bright stone fruit flavors burst like a perfectly ripe peach. Lime sherbet melting into punch on a field day picnic table.
A sip that makes you want to skip!
