Our 16th annual Halloween Night Vixens Party at Paymon's Lounge, America's first ho**ah lounge. DJ Tone starts the music at 9 PM, the lights go low, the ho**ah smoke rolls in, and the costumes come out to play.

👑 Best Costume Contest: $400 for 1st, $300 for 2nd, $200 for 3rd, all in gift cards. Go big or go home.

🍸 Your $20 cover comes with a complimentary drink or cocktail. Then keep going with ho**ah, signature cocktails, mocktails, coffee, tea and the full menu all night.
