Jerk Seared Yellowfin (Ahi) over Cajun “Gazpachonesca” Crème Pappardelle!

Chef Dan’s unique fusion combining a base of Gazpacho (minus cucumber), pureed with components from his Puttanesca and finished in a Cajun spiced Cream & Butter Sauce tossed into the Pappardelle a la minute. Topped with a cooked-to-order fresh filet lightly seared with Caribbean Jerk seasoning.

When tested in the restaurant, eight were sold immediately. A guest dining at the bar during happy hour had people around him asking what it was on the menu because it smelled so good, then ordered their own.

This is what happens when you leave a French culinary trained Italian chef alone in the kitchen after close… and it’s here… for a limited time until it’s gone!
