marks our 10th Sandlot location since 2019, and one of our fastest builds ever! On Thursday, October 15th, we held our first ever event, the Build Prince George’s Summit w/ Banneker Ventures Prince George's County Executive Carri Robinson over 150 vendors and construction professionals showed up seeking interest in the new $340 Million dollar multi family development called The Promenade of Lottsford coming the site in a few years.

With just 60 days of construction and an additional 90 days of planning, number crunching, logistics, multiple design charrettes, countless hands, and one incredible vision, we are happy to return this underutilized lot of land in the County back to the Community that deserves it the most. Thank you all for helping bring this to life! 🙏🏾

Yesterday, we had the privilege of welcoming the Build Prince George’s Summit to Sandlot Largo, bringing together business owners, builders, entrepreneurs, and County leadership to celebrate what happens when vision meets community.

Special thanks to County Executive Aisha Braveboy (Prince George's County Executive), Banneker Ventures (Banneker Ventures), and the Build Prince George’s network for helping demonstrate what intentional growth and shared opportunity can look like right here in Prince George’s County.

The overwhelming love & support from last week’s Meet & Greet, in partnership w/ LoveMyLargo Farmers Market Largo Town Center Association, was nothing short of incredible! To everyone who came out, introduced themselves, shared their talents, businesses, and ideas, THANK YOU! 🖤🌻🎨

Meanwhile, behind the scenes, we’re putting in that WORK to deliver something unexperienced in the county! 🏗️👀

From construction progress to interagency site walkthroughs focused on emergency preparedness, safe access, and emergency egress, we’re working collaboratively to ensure that what we’re building is not only creative and culturally impactful, but thoughtfully planned with the safety of our community at the forefront.
