This coming Wednesday the community is encouraged to wear blue in support for Sheriff Deputy Jon Samuelson, the sheriff who was shot at Michigan City hospital. His family has posted a official GoFundMe to help the family in this difficult time, and posted updates and according to the family, Jon came off the ventilator and is talking.
