Hey folks. Chef Andrw here. Bert and I wanted to Beer School in August but with his trip to Belgium and how the month just seemed to disappear, it wasn't planning out.

New Date: Wednesday 9/30
New Time: 6-9 PM
New Reservations: 30
Same Place: Our Dining Room

This round is a bit more developed than the last. We're inviting 30 people to join us for a 7-course dinner, paired with seven distinct Belgian beers.

Features:

Two hours of elevated dining and lecture AND an extra hour to hang out, chat, and casually Q&A with Bert.

Each seat/ticket purchased gets 10 additional raffle-style tickets placed into the pot in their name for Bert Abroad: Christmas Edition!

Sales are live on our webstore now! No need to worry about bringing extra money on the day of the meal because the **cost includes auto-gratuity**.

Flight Club continues at Bert & The Elephant!

Our featured beer tonight is one of our staples: Delirium Tremens.

Brewed by Brouwerij Huyghe in Melle, Belgium, this iconic Belgian Strong Golden Ale (8.5% ABV) is famous for its distinctive ceramic-look bottle and pink elephant logo.

It’s a battle of the blondes tonight, with Brugse Zot and St. Bernardus Tripel rounding out the flight. Varied blonde territory: classic blonde, tripel and strong blonde — all in one go.

BONUS: Tonight’s flight includes a raffle entry for our Bert Abroad Christmas trip.

We’re welcoming De Ranke Guldenberg to the lineup for the first time!

🇧🇪 This Belgian golden ale is crisp, dry, and beautifully balanced, with a refreshing hop character, a touch of bitterness, and a surprisingly complex finish. It’s a beer that’s both elegant and seriously drinkable—and it’s taking center stage as the anchor beer for this week’s Flight Club!
