NOW HIRING – Equipment & Operations Technician
We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, versatile team member to maintain equipment, operate machinery, assist customers, and support daily mill operations.

Ideal candidates have experience with:
✔ Equipment operation
✔ Mechanical repairs
✔ Welding/fabrication
✔ CDL (or ability to obtain one)
✔ Working independently

This is a hands-on position with a small crew where every day is different.

PTO, holidays and competitive pay based on experience.

With a potentially very active wildfire season fast approaching, we have been working hard to get our fleet of 4000 gallon water tenders all kitted out and ready to work. These 3 tenders will all be working under Forest Service contracts, based out of Central Oregon, but available to deploy anywhere needed. We have 3 employees, including myself, ready to operate. We could use another driver on the roster if anyone is available and has their CDL with tanker endorsement.

Finding tight grain old growth fir logs that can produce clear boards all day long is exceptionally rare. We are several thousand board feet into producing a semi load of it. 26 growth rings per inch! These beautiful trees were unfortunately killed in a massive forest fire but we’re doing our part to salvage the treasure within.
