As we were closing up last night our hood ventilation system decided it was time to quit working. So with that being said we will be CLOSED until Monday 12/29
Trying to get someone to come repair it on a holiday weekend is tough

This is the part nobody sees in this industry…
Here it is 1:50 in the morning on Christmas Day and Ive been non stop prepping getting ready for a big day. Ill probably get 30-45 mins of sleep before im back at it. I love what I do, As an owner operator/chef. I am hands on and involved in every aspect of this restaurant from the front to the back. When you dine with me you’re supporting a small business, a local family, a business involved in his community, and most of all you’re supporting my lovely team which makes this all possible. We’re striving to be the best we can be for our community. Small businesses are tough, especially restaurants. Some days are 12 hours while others are 22 hours. But I wouldn’t change a thing. We look forward to serving our community for a long time to come
