Schulz Bräu Brewing Company is a German family owned brewery in Knoxville, TN. We strive to provide our customers with an authentic experience and to offer the highest quality German beers available. We are offering our customers a 3,500 square foot taproom overlooking the entire brewery production. An additional 6,000 square feet offers one of the largest German Beer Gardens in the United States. We ensure our beer quality by following the Reinheitsgebot (purity law) from 1516 and only use malt, water, hops and yeast. We do not add any chemicals or preservatives to our beer and only use the highest quality ingredients available.
