Hop selection with Yakima Chief Hops!

What: When the brewer evaluates hops from a new lot and chooses which one to buy
How: Brewers will smell the hops to judge aroma, bitterness, and freshness before committing
Why: Hops can affect the aroma, flavor, and bitterness of your b**r. Consistency in the hops we use will keep your favorite b**r tasting like your favorite b**r 🍻
