Very flattered... customers are showing up like crazy to pay last tributes to the HM! didn't see it coming, so happy. Sold out of yak, kangaroo, elk, bison, camel, boar... trying to order more for the weekend, with the help of us and our staff! Many thanks to our customers! Also, makes us happy that pple want something to remember us by... oh but oh..., I put out cases (150?) HM pint & wine glasses, last week, sold some, but most stolen. Hoping to make it thru the weekend with less theft and inquiries about "can we take some furniture or fixtures" (wow.) It's a great honor to know pple want a memory, but we need these items for a few more days, and then they are there for the new owners, or for me! So... hoping to end without more theft! Can I run a full menu this weekend? get ahold of more game meat? and offer our fav menu items? We hope to! thankssssssss K
