Hey everyone Thank you for all of your love and support! We are almost at the finish line of being out before the end of the month but we have a few items from the auction that didn't sell or didn't get picked up and I need to find a home for them. It's been a long time since you've heard from us. We've been closed for quite a while now.
Over the last year, we held onto hope that somehow, some way, we might be able to bring Brewer's Kitchen back. We explored options, had conversations, and kept looking for a path forward.
Unfortunately, we've reached the point where reopening our original Gillham Road location is no longer possible, and it's time for us to officially pack up shop.

As part of that process, we're auctioning off everything from TVs and couches to restaurant equipment, furniture, décor, smallwares, and more.

👉 This auction ends soon, and there are some incredible deals available for business owners, restaurant operators, entrepreneurs, or anyone looking for quality items at a fraction of their original cost. We took great care of our items and we hope to find a home where someone will take great care of them in their new chapter.

We’ve officially sold the Brewer’s Corner brand, and we’re cheering on the new owners as they take it into its next chapter! 🍻 We encourage all our Midtown friends to give them a follow for updates as they put their own stamp on things.

As for us, we’re 100% done in Midtown, but Brewer’s Kitchen isn’t going anywhere. In fact, we will be slowly bringing the brand out to Independence! Over time, our menu will evolve back to what we’ve always been known for in Midtown, but for now, our taproom kitchen at is already serving great eats with a new menu coming soon.

🍔 Been missing our burgers? Come find us at SantaCaliGon, August 29 – September 1, right out front of the brewery! We’ll be serving up the Inflation Burger and KC BBQ Crunch — plus you can see all the exciting changes happening at 3 Trails.

🍔✨ It’s the final countdown, KC! Brewer’s Kitchen is open TODAY & TOMORROW, our last two days of slinging burgers to the public before we close this beautiful chapter. We’ll be serving until we sell out (but we’re doing our best not to), so come early, come hungry.

Tomorrow night, I’ll be at the restaurant, beer in hand, sharing stories from the early days and raising a glass to what’s next. If you’ve ever loved a burger here, laughed at this bar, or been part of this crazy ride… We would love to see your face one last time before we ride off into the next adventure. ❤️

🎉 Today marks 6 YEARS since we first opened our doors to Kansas City! 💛

Back then, we had no idea the wild, beautiful journey ahead, but here we are, stronger than ever. If you’ve ever worked with us, even if you’re not here now, you’re part of this legacy. We’ve grown, adapted, and stayed true to our mission: Great food, Great local beer surrounded by people that make you feel valued.

As we look ahead to our next chapter in Independence, and step deeper into beer distribution, today is a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come, together.
