ATTENTION JOLIET AREA RESIDENTS & BUSINESS OWNERS
We are currently working with Joliet Police detectives regarding 7 disputed credit card transactions involving online orders at two of our restaurants over the past few months.
With nearly $2,000 in disputed transactions, this is not a minor matter. Under Illinois law, theft exceeding $500 rises to the level of a Class 3 felony.
We are asking for the community’s assistance in identifying the individual pictured below.
We would also like to hear from other local restaurants or businesses that may have experienced a similar pattern involving this individual. In our cases, online orders were placed through our websites, the food was picked up, and the transactions were subsequently disputed with the card provider. Some individual orders were nearly $500.
