Soooooo, were gonna do another Mac & Cheese stuffed lobster. Todayโ€™s version is a little different than the photo below. We changed the pasta to Sardinian gnocchi and we shucked the claws and placed them into the lobster kinda acting like a crock. Plus, the attrition rate of lobster crackers is only exceeded by the rate at which we loose ramekins. We top with the gnocchi tossed in garlic parm cream, butter, bacon, JUMBO lump crab, ๐Ÿฆ€ Irish cheddar, Parmesan and Swiss. Little crispy cracker crust.

Chorizo & Panko Stuffed NZ Green Lip Mussel. So we render some southern style chorizo. (Less dry) Then sweat onions and celery, bay leaf and chili. Stir in some panko to consistency and a little whatever wine. When we bake them we bathe them in lemon and Narragansett beer broth.

Chicken Caesar Smash Tacos: So we take seasoned ground chicken and using a tortilla press we press a layer against the mazina taco shell. A quick trip on the plancha and a filling of our house Caesar salad with crispy Chix peas, pecorino, wedge of lemon and some cilantro.

Meiโ€™s 2x Shrimp Dip: We use 1x, 2x, 3x etc. to denote how many time we use an ingredient in a different preparation. In this case we have a shrimp dip and a shrimp chip. Cream cheese, mayo and sour cream, chopped cooked shrimp, scallions, sesame oil and spices make up the dip. The crispy shrimp crackers are@a@fun way to enjoy this dip.

So we did this thing we call shrimp toast. We take bao buns and fill them with an Asian shrimp filling. Some chopped shrimp, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, egg white, scallion yatta yatta etc. pipe them into the buns, roll them in mixed sesame, fry crisp and garnish with bang bang, scallions and cilantro.
