Signs of Fall will be upon this month and with-it changing tides of memory. No better way to glide across those ripples of the past than with a measure of The Legendary Red Silkie. A limited-edition blended Irish whiskey from Sliabh Liag Distillers, it combines unpeated single malts, triple-distilled single malts, peated single malts, and smooth grain whiskey.
After the initial blend is married, it is finished for several months in Spanish red wine casks from Rioja and Ribera del Duero. Come in this month and let the Red Silkie back through the waters of time.

A good time was had at the preview event for Céilís, our new tasting space! We’re also excited to say we raised over $1800 for FACE Low-Cost Animal Clinic. Thank you all for your generosity!

This week’s Tipple is from the Pearse Lyons Distillery. From their core range, the 12 year old Founder’s Reserve is a single malt Irish whiskey that is fully matured in ex- bourbon barrels. Full of fruit and vanilla with a subtle ginger finish.

This week’s Tipple is the Dunville’s PX10. An absolutely gorgeous whiskey made for all you with who love Sherry forward whiskies. Matures in WC bourbon barrels and then ̷f̷i̷n̷i̷s̷h̷e̷d̷ matured again in PX Sherry casks. It’s luscious, full-bodied, and a whisky I always find myself reaching for.
