Say hello to Wes, the chef at Village Green! He joined the team last fall and has been a great addition to the kitchen.
His favorite part of the job? The people.
Wes says it’s a wonderful atmosphere – friendly, welcoming and just an all-around happy place to be.
Fun fact: He once pedaled a bicycle all the way to California. Yes… all the way.
If you’re not sure what to order, he recommends the baked cod – his favorite dish to make.
