We’re proud to say that the Rougarou Fest serves only Louisiana Seafood! 🍤

From our fried seafood, to seafood gumbo, to fish courtbouillon… we know exactly where all seafood in our dishes comes from!

To our incredible team behind the scenes, the staff of South Louisiana Wetlands Discovery Center, thank you! 🎉

As organizers of the festival, we are so full of gratitude to the volunteers that make this festival possible, but we sometimes forget to give ourselves credit along the way! 🐺

Our staff’s dedication, long hours, and unwavering commitment are a huge part of what made this festival a success, along with the devotion of an army of volunteers. ❤️

When we aren’t producing the Rougarou Fest, we are revolutionizing how we think, teach, and learn about Louisiana’s wetlands and our changing coast! 🌱
