*Best Day Ever* - 6.5% ABV West Coast IPA

From Foodball to the fermenter!

Huge shoutout to Mike Bozich for turning a charitable donation into a delicious reality. After supporting the Foodball fundraiser (an amazing local tradition fighting hunger!), Mike won the opportunity to name and help brew his very own beer.

Introducing Best Day Ever, a crisp, resinous West Coast IPA designed by Mike himself. He didn’t just watch; he helped load the hops!

What’s in the glass? A killer combo of Columbus, Citra, and Talus hops. Expect big pine, bright citrus, and a clean, bitter finish that West Coast fans love.
Grab a pint, say cheers to Mike, and support the cause!...

💜 Help Us Help Lilac 💜

Sweet Lilac has been through more than any cat ever should, and yet she remains incredibly loving.

Our vets believe Lilac may have been hit by a car. She developed a large mass on her neck that has since been surgically removed, and she has already received two Convenia injections to fight infection—treatment that is lifesaving, but very costly. As she continues to heal, ongoing care and possible additional treatment may still be needed.

What makes this even harder is just how gentle and affectionate Lilac is. She’s the kind of cat who melts into your arms, resting her little face on your shoulder, soaking up every bit of comfort she can. Even while hurting, she just wants to be held and loved.

We’re asking our community to come together to help cover Lilac’s medical expenses so she can focus on healing and getting back to the life she deserves. Every donation, no matter the amount, goes directly toward her care. If you’re unable to donate, sharing her story helps more than you know.

Together, we can give this sweet girl the second chance she’s holding on for. 💕

Thank you for being Lilac’s village and for always standing up for animals in need. 💜

🌟 Volunteer Spotlight: Kaitlynn 🌟

Kaitlynn has been volunteering with PAWS of Grays Harbor for over a year, and her journey started with something many of us understand — a little case of cat withdrawals.

After the cat living with her moved out with his owner, Kaitlynn found herself missing feline companionship and decided to volunteer so she could spend time helping and loving on our shelter cats. What keeps her coming back? Seeing cats find their forever homes.

One of Kaitlynn’s favorite memories truly captures the magic of PAWS. She once brought her younger brother along to volunteer — a self-proclaimed cat hater. What started as reluctant tagging along quickly turned into something unexpected. A friendly cat named Finnigan made the first move, rubbing against him and asking for pets. Then came the kittens… and within minutes, plans were being made on the ride home.

PAWS didn’t just change a day — it changed a heart. That “cat hater” became a cat lover, and yes… they adopted. 🐱💕

Stories like this remind us that sometimes all it takes is one moment, one animal, and one open door to change everything. We’re so grateful for volunteers like Kaitlynn who help make those moments possible — for people and animals alike.

Thank you, Kaitlynn, for being part of our PAWS family and for sharing your heart with our cats and our community.

Inspired by stories like Kaitlynn’s? If you’re interested in joining our volunteer family and making moments like these possible, we’d love to have you with us: https://pawsgh.org/volunteer/
