🎶 INTRODUCING THE EASTBAY LISTENING ROOM 🎶

Bringing Darryl Worley to Eastbay was the beginning of something for us.

We wanted to prove that we could bring something truly different and special to this area—not only during the busy days of summer, but throughout the fall and winter months too.

Now, we’re taking the next step.

The Eastbay Listening Room will not feel like another “Hey, there’s a concert Saturday night” kind of event.

Yes, there will be live music. And sure, if a song hits you just right and you want to get up and cut a rug, you absolutely can. At Eastbay, you can do you—and we like it that way.

But this is really about something different.

It’s about being part of a smaller room. Sitting close to the artist. Hearing the stories, experiences and inspiration behind songs written in Nashville and recorded by some of country music’s biggest names—and then hearing those songs performed by the person who actually lived and wrote them.

It’s the kind of evening you would usually need to visit one of Nashville’s true songwriter haunts to experience.

And Rick “Huck” Huckaby is the perfect person to help us begin.

Rick spent years on the road as Tracy Lawrence’s acoustic guitarist and has written songs for Trace Adkins, Thomas Rhett, Craig Morgan, Frankie Ballard, Gov’t Mule and more. On Saturday, October 24, he becomes the very first featured artist in our Eastbay Listening Room series.

This will be more than a concert. It will be a complete night out:

Our hearts are full today. ❤️

Yesterday was a first for Eastbay Lodge—and the perfect way to wind down an incredible summer while showing us what might be possible in the seasons ahead.

Bringing a national artist like Darryl Worley to Eastbay was a risk. Industry peers told us it was a mistake. That we’d never come out on top.

We never believed that for a second.

We believe in this community. We believed you would show up.

And BOY, did you ever.

What happened inside Eastbay was special—a stadium-quality performer in an intimate room where there wasn’t a bad seat in the house. A packed house meant something, but the energy meant even more.

To everyone who bought a ticket, filled a table and trusted us with your Sunday: THANK YOU. We will never take that trust for granted.

To the veterans who shared this 9/11 weekend with us, your presence was felt. When Darryl sang “Have You Forgotten?” there wasn’t a dry eye in the room. Goosebumps.

EllieMay Kay, Steve and Nashville North, and Shane and the production team—you helped turn a dream into reality and crushed it.

To our Eastbay team: after a record-breaking summer, we asked you for ONE MORE huge day. You found another gear and delivered. We love you, and we know what we have in all of you.

And Darryl Worley, his band and crew—you showed us something bigger than a performance. Your kindness and patience with us newbies meant everything. Watching Darryl walk the bar shaking hands, having real conversations, and staying until the last piece of merchandise was signed told us everything about the humans behind the music.

Yesterday proved something.

Eastbay can create experiences. We can bring people together. And we’re just getting started.

There was only ONE thing that could have made yesterday better…and we ALL know what that was. 😂💚💛

The Packers have a whole season ahead of them.

For the first time in Eastbay Lodge history, a national hitmaking recording artist takes our stage.

We’ve been talking about this day for a long time. Now it’s here.

If you’re joining us today, here’s everything you need to know before you head to Eastbay.

1:00 PM | DOORS OPEN

Your ticket gets you into Eastbay for the entire day.

Come early, get settled in, grab something to eat and drink, and join us for our pregame tailgate and activities before kickoff.

3:25 PM | PACKERS vs. VIKINGS

When the game kicks off, Eastbay becomes Packers headquarters.

We’ll have the game on every TV throughout the property — the Event Center, Sports Bar, Dining Room and Tiki Bar — so wherever you settle in, you won’t miss the action.

EllieMay Kae takes the stage following the game to get the night rolling.

There are artists we book — and then there are artists Eastbay claims as one of its own.

Dylan Martinson is firmly in the second category.

Dylan has become a huge Eastbay favorite because he can move from a song written in the 1960s to something released last week, work in his own folk and country originals, and somehow make the entire afternoon feel like it was built around the people sitting in front of him.

He’s performed more than 130 shows in a single year, traveling from the Midwest to Florida, and has opened for CAM, LOCASH, Joe Nichols, The Kentucky Headhunters and Wisconsin’s own Chris Kroeze.

That’s the résumé.

The reason we keep bringing him back is simpler: Dylan is talented as hell, completely genuine and understands how to connect with an Eastbay crowd.

September 11 is a day to remember the lives lost, honor those who answered the call and recognize the freedoms that allow us to gather together.

An ordinary Friday night — sharing a meal, listening to live music and spending time with our neighbors — is one of those freedoms. We don’t take it for granted. 🇺🇸

And this Friday’s artist is anything but ordinary.

🎸 The Crae White Band takes the Eastbay stage at 6 PM for our final weekly Friday Rock the Dock of the season.

Corey Rae White has spent 27 years performing more than 3,000 shows. He’s an award-winning songwriter, a former Minnesota Music Association Guitar Player of the Year nominee and a multiple Native-E Music Award winner.

Along the way, he’s opened for or performed with artists including Train, Miranda Lambert, Travis Tritt, Lady Antebellum, John Rich, Zac Brown Band, Loverboy and Sammy Kershaw.

In other words, The Crae White Band isn’t coming to Eastbay to quietly fill space while you eat cod.

They’re bringing classic country, original music, serious musicianship and plenty of personality to Lake Holcombe.

If the weather cooperates, we’re outside. If it pivots, the music moves inside. The fish will remain completely unconcerned.

Twenty-five years ago today, our country changed forever.

We remember the lives taken on September 11, 2001. We remember the first responders who ran toward danger, the service members who answered the call in the years that followed, and the families who have carried unimaginable loss ever since.

Some songs are bigger than entertainment. They become part of how a nation remembers.

Darryl Worley’s “Have You Forgotten?” gave a voice to something millions of Americans were feeling—and all these years later, its message still carries weight.

This Sunday, we invite you to gather and remember with us as a community when Darryl Worley performs live at Eastbay Lodge.

September has arrived, but Lake Holcombe apparently didn’t get the memo. ☀️

We’re hanging onto these beautiful days for as long as Wisconsin is willing to give them to us — and Thursday night belongs to the locals.

🎶 Brian Stewart returns to Eastbay at 5:30 PM as our weekly lakeside music season starts winding down.

We’ll be outside if it shines. If Wisconsin decides to change seasons halfway through dinner, we’ll move inside. We’ve learned not to argue with her.

And because Thursdays are still for the people who make Eastbay feel like Eastbay:

When we opened Eastbay Lodge, we had some pretty big ideas about what this place on Lake Holcombe could become.

This Sunday, we get to check off a first.

For the first time ever, a national hitmaking recording artist will take the stage at Eastbay Lodge.

And we're making an entire day out of it.

Doors open at 1 PM with our pregame tailgate and activities. At 3:25 PM, Packers vs. Vikings takes over every TV in the lodge. After the game, EllieMay Kae gets the music started before Darryl takes the stage for an intimate performance filled with the songs, stories and hits behind a career in country music.

This isn't a 90-minute concert where you show up, watch a show and head home.
