Thank you for everyone who joined us Saturday, May 23rd at Cadencia's Latin Night. Over 120 joined us for our Grand return to hosting events in Hendersonville!!!

We appreciate everyone's support and are honored to apart of this community!

Get ready for a night of rhythm, connection, and country flair as Cadencia Latin Night takes over Honeysuckle Holler for a special Cowboy & Cowgirl themed social experience!

This month’s featured instructor, Azael Salazar, brings a unique blend of passion and precision to help elevate your movement through bachazouk, bachata, and zouk stylings. Whether you’re refining your technique or exploring new textures in your dance, this is a night designed to grow your skills while keeping the energy high on the dance floor.

Or choose Sir Hodges with Cadencia NC, who will be leading a Foundations Class to help dancers build confidence, sharpen fundamentals, and prepare for a full night of social dancing.

Social dancing will be a mix of primarily salsa and bachata, with some merengue, cha cha, and/or cumbia.

A heartfelt update from Cadencia NC 🤍

This is a bittersweet post to share.

For years, Latin Nights at Continuum has been a place where music brought us together, friendships were formed, and a true dance family was built. What started as a small idea grew into something vibrant and meaningful because of all of you.

But seasons change, and so do spaces.

After much reflection and many honest conversations, we’ve made the difficult decision that our monthly Latin Nights at Continuum will be coming to an end in their current home.

This decision wasn’t easy. Over the past year, our team has continued pouring heart, time, and energy into keeping these nights alive simply for the love of the community — doing everything possible to keep dancing accessible and thriving. But the reality is that sustaining events in this space has become harder than we can responsibly carry forward.

Most importantly, this is not the end of Latin Nights.

We are already actively searching for a new home in the Hendersonville, Fletcher, and Mills River area so we can continue building this incredible Latin dance community in a fresh and sustainable way.

To every dancer, instructor, DJ, volunteer, and supporter who has stepped onto that floor — thank you. You are the reason this community exists. What we created together is something truly special, and it will continue.

This is simply a chance to reformat, refocus, and grow into the next chapter.

Stay tuned — the rhythm isn’t stopping. It’s just finding a new floor.
