Jettywave’s Small Batch Absinthe has been named a winner in the Spirits category of the 2026 Good Food Awards!🏅
Our absinthe is a true botanical bomb. Expressive in cocktails or savored the traditional way with a sugar cube ice water drip. Rooted in a classic European style, it’s reimagined through the lens of the California coast. Fresh herbs grown by our friends at Filoli Historic House & Garden in Woodside, and from our own garden amplify the spirit’s vibrancy, with lemon balm, lemon verbena, and fresh lemon peel preserving a bright citrus lift while staying distinctly vegetal. An infusion of hyssop and spinach creates a naturally green hue that transforms beautifully when mixed.
Selected from more than 1,200 entries through a blind tasting process, 242 products from 198 specialty food makers have been recognized for excellence in taste, quality, and responsible production.
This year’s Good Food Award winners come from small-batch makers and bigger brands alike, spanning 18 categories and all five Good Food Awards regions—North, South, Central, East, and West—showcasing the geographic and cultural diversity of the good food community.
Presented by the Specialty Food Association, the Good Food Awards honor specialty products that stand out for taste while also meeting high standards for ingredient quality, craftsmanship, transparency, and more.
