On May 27, 1971, the California Supreme Court finally struck down the ban, just 55 years ago today.

This year we’re proud to be showing off the new Certified Craft seal from the American Craft Spirits Association!

At Jettywave Distillery, every bottle is shaped by the Coastside, our ingredients, our people, and the way we make everything on site. From botanical gin to grain-to-glass whiskey and the distillates that round out our bar program, these spirits are a reflection of place, process, and the community we’re proud to build in Half Moon Bay.

This seal is a mark of authenticity and integrity, available exclusively to small distilleries that meet ACSA’s rigorous standards for craft spirit production.

With so many brands using the word “craft,” it’s not always easy to know what’s behind the label. The Certified Craft Seal makes it simple, giving consumers a clear, trusted way to identify genuinely craft spirits. 🥃
