Find us on the California Distillery Trail!

We’re proud to be part of the new California Distillery Trail, a free online guide to the state’s distilleries and the farmers behind their spirits. Every bottle on the Trail starts on a California farm.

Here at Jettywave Distillery, that means we incorporate California grown crops in our spirits, from the grains in our Bourbon and Single Malt whiskies, to the botanicals in our California Botanical Gin and Absinthe.

Let’s not forget all the crops helping our bees make California honey to sweeten our Orange Liqueur and the nectarines in our Coffee Liqueur!

You can use the Trail to discover distilleries near home or wherever you travel, read the stories behind each one, and plan your next tasting day.

We’re on the map, and we’d love to see you in the tasting room!

🍸️It's hard to believe it's been a year since we released our Cold Plunge Martini! 🍸️🍸️🍸️

The Cold Plunge Martini is a ready-to-pour Vesper Martini designed to live in your freezer and deliver a perfectly chilled, bar-quality cocktail at a moment's notice. Crafted with Jettywave's small-batch Vodka, California Botanical Gin, and a touch of bergamot, the cocktail offers the sophistication of a classic martini without the need for shaking, stirring, or dilution.

Our Cold Plunge Martini was awarded a double gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits RTD Competition, and we are in the running for best of class!

Such a fun day pouring cocktails at CEF's annual Coastside Co****le Tournament!

It was a great turnout and we loved chatting with old friends and introducing new ones to Jettywave's spirits. The fog stayed off the coast, the skies were blue above and the competition was fierce!

Big shout out to and her team and for putting together another amazing event!

As part of our 'Sip and Support' program, 100% of Jettywave's sales were donated to the Cabrillo Education Foundation!
