🍷🇦🇺 **Taking my little wine buddy to wine country!** 🦘
Living in the Philippines has given us the wonderful opportunity to explore Australian wine country—and this trip was extra special because I got to bring my son, Phineas, along. ❤️
We visited **two very different wine regions: Hunter Valley and Southern Tasmania**, and I loved how easy it was to combine wine tasting with experiences that Phineas could enjoy too.
In Tasmania, many of the wineries we visited were just minutes away from an animal sanctuary where Phineas got to **feed kangaroos** 🦘. In Hunter Valley, we also found beautiful farms where he could get up close and **pet the farm animals**. 🐑🐐
It was so nice to bring him along to “work” and find a way for both of us to enjoy the trip. ❤️
And, of course, there was plenty of wine! 🍷
✨ **Tasmania:** I fell in love with the **sparkling wines and Rieslings**—fresh, elegant and expressive.
✨ **Hunter Valley:** The **Semillon** was a real standout for me. I particularly enjoyed discovering the different expressions of this classic Hunter Valley variety.

I came home with some beautiful wine memories—and a very happy little boy who now knows that wine country can include kangaroos, farm animals, and plenty of adventures! 🦘🍇
