Just a quick update: Things have settled down after a crazy first 30 days. We had such an overwhelming response that we had trouble keeping up with demand. Now that we have a much better handle on things, we won't be using substitutes for items we run out of. We won't sacrifice our quality standards just to keep an item in stock. Thanks for all of your support! We're getting better every day!

Hungry tonight? Come in to the Derby, but come early! We are closing the kitchen at 7 PM tonight. Jo will be making delicious burgers, sandwiches, and appetizers until then!

It’s been just about 2 weeks since we opened up, and we want to say thank you for the overwhelming amount of support! Admittedly, we’ve made some mistakes, and things don’t always go as planned. But, every single customer we’ve had has been so understanding! A lot of us are new to all this, and we continue to get a little better each day. Thanks again for all of your support, and hopefully each time you come, it’s a little better than the time before!

Well, after an overwhelming amount of support this weekend, our deep fryer died. We’ll stay open and sell burgers with chips, and flat bread pizzas. Of course, the bar will be open with your favorite refreshments! Thank you for such an amazing response this weekend!
