We have been getting a lot of questions about what ever happened with the court case .... well we are headed to trial. The facts are clear, there was no open business, there was no liquor being sold, just a few locals playing cards behind locked doors of a privately owned building before Walz did a total shut down. No laws were broken. But thousands of county dollars will be spent on a trial for some reason .... along with the thousands of dollars Dave will spend on his lawyer fees .
