Tonight we’re bringing a little late-summer flavor to The Cow with our Bourbon Peach Glazed Pork Loin.

Tender herb-roasted pork loin is sliced and topped with our house-made savory bourbon peach glaze, made with fresh peaches, bourbon, Dijon and herbs.

We’re serving it with:
Garlic mashed potatoes
Roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon

And yes — that’s the actual dinner in the photo. Made right here in our kitchen.

W**e pairing: Brickmason Red Blend — the fruit and body are a great match for the peach glaze, roasted pork and bacon.
