Ribeye cut pounded flat, breaded, and fried. House-made spaetzle tossed with roasted carrots, shiitakes, and kale. Dressed with a creamy, smoked mushroom & brie sauce. Garnished with pickled mustard seeds.

The 27th Annual Michigan Brewers Guild's Summer Beer Festival is held along the banks of the Huron River at Riverside Park in Ypsilanti, the event welcomes many of the finest Michigan breweries and features hundreds of unique Michigan-made beers.

Our festivals are inclusive events celebrating Michigan beer, where all people over 21 are warmly welcomed.

This year, the festival will a handful of new elements for entertainmnet.

No more tokens! (recently passed legislation allows us to no longer require the exchange of beer tokens for samples - woo hoo!)

We’re dishing out deliciousness this weekend at Vivant!
Dishes available starting at 5pm today.

Oxtail Spaetzle - Beer-braised local oxtail, spaetzle, squash, carrots, and toasted broccoli tossed in a mustard cream sauce. Garnished with a grilled onion, walnut & bleu cheese relish.

Stuffed Chicken - Pan-fried chicken breast stuffed with herb cream cheese and glazed with jalapeño jam. Served on roasted vegetable couscous.

Tomato Provençale - Herb Roasted Tomato topped with Pesto and Parmesan on Creamy Polenta with Balsamic Reduction and Toasted Bread.

Vegan “Cheese”cake - Tofu-based cake layered with lemon and raspberry. Served with raspberry coulis. Garnished with fennel fronds.
