Tech Week Grand Rapids Kicks off TODAY!!

Tech Week GR is a week-long celebration that brings together more than 15,000 curious, creative, and community-minded people from across the region.

We were invited to get in on the fun and participate in Tastes of Tech Week, and have created some pretty awesome tech-inspired menu items for you all to try this week!

On Draft :

Precursaurus Rex - Thiolized b**r with Vic Secret hops in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Dolcita Hops. Thiolized yeast is a specially engineered brewing yeast strain designed to unlock hidden, non-aromatic sulfur compounds called bound thiol precursors in malt and hops, transforming them into intense tropical fruit aromas. Brewed specially for Tech Week!

From the Kitchen :

Malware Mac and Cheese - Mac with smoky pepper jack mornay and crispy bacon lardons. Topped with Gruyère and bbq breadcrumbs.

Firewall Frites - Loaded chili oil frites with smoked provolone & pickled jalapeños, with Thai chili aioli.
