Have you seen our new menu?

Not only did the menu get a fresh new look, but we added a whole lineup of new dishes we couldn’t wait to put out.

Brisket Mac & Cheese. Burrito Bowl. Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. Smoked Trout Dip. La Bomba Loaded Potato. Beef Queso Melt. Old Capitol Sirloin. And yes, the Smash Burger got promoted from once-a-week special to full-time menu celebrity.

Old Capitol Grill has always been a neighborhood staple, and we love being a place where Golden can come together for good food, refreshing drinks, and familiar faces.

Meet our leadership team!

Executive Chef John Wilson has been running the kitchen with one philosophy: keep it real. Comfort food done right, smoked meats that take as long as they take, and food made from scratch. No shortcuts, just good food.

Ashley Litteral runs the day-to-day as our General Manager – which means she's the one holding everything together behind the scenes so that what you experience in the dining room looks easy. Operations, guest experience, the details that don't get noticed when they go right but definitely get noticed when they don't.

Jenne Harris is our Director of Hospitality & Culture, overseeing both Old Capitol Grill and our sister restaurant — and the title says exactly what she does. Hospitality isn't just how we greet you at the door. It's something we think about as deeply as the menu. And culture means the people who work here feel just as taken care of as the people who eat here.

Golden is home to plenty of great places to gather, but what makes Old Capitol Grill feel different is the people behind it. From familiar faces behind the bar to the conversations shared across the table, our crew is what brings the space to life.
