Introducing Bella’s Collection, a rotating selection of wines chosen for the bottles themselves, not simply the names on the label.
These are highly allocated wines we may only receive a few bottles of. Small-production wines, family-grown wines, bottles from producers showing promise, and selections that you may not typically encounter on a restaurant list. When a bottle is gone, it’s gone.
Right now, our Director of Hospitality & Culture, Jenne Harris, is particularly taken with the Barone di Villagrande Etna Bianco Superiore 2023. Grown on the volcanic slopes of Mt. Etna, this Sicilian white has the mineral character and freshness often associated with Chablis, paired with the unmistakable character of its volcanic home.
We’ll keep the collection moving as the right bottles find their way to Bella Colibri.
