Born on a backpacking trip, Arizona Wilderness Brewing Company was created to celebrate the beautiful and diverse state of Arizona through locally driven beer and food. When we're not outside foraging for ingredients ourselves, we're partnering with nearby farms to source the AZ-grown fruit, veggies, grain, and meat that have led us to be consistently ranked among the best breweries in the world.

We use water-saving Sinagua malt in every beer we brew, we partner with local companies to compost all of our food waste, and we pursue sustainable efforts whenever possible to ensure the vast Arizona wilderness endures.

Come hang Monday, May 11th from 6–9pm at the Gilbert brewpub for our Pinstripe Beauty Contest with River Outdoors. We’re celebrating the rigs that actually get out there: dusty dashboards, scratched paint, a cooler in the back, and probably still smelling like campfire.

We’ll have Mouthbreather Hazy IPA, Santa Maria Grilled Tacos, Three Ridge Coffee, and a parking lot full of folks who know the best roads usually aren’t paved.

Cinco de Mayo lands on Taco Tuesday this year. We couldn’t pass up the opportunity to bring you some delicious shrimp tacos to celebrate!

Featuring yellow corn tortillas stuffed full with Don’t F%&k It Up beer battered shrimp, green cabbage, and pico de gallo all drenched in a chipotle cream drizzle and a side of lime.

And of course we will have all of our other tacos for you too!

This Double IPA features two hops hand selected by our head of production, Brad Miles, at hop selection in Yakima, WA last year. Both Strata from and Centennial from complement our local base to give tasting notes of passion fruit, guava, and citrus.
