Born on a backpacking trip, Arizona Wilderness Brewing Company was created to celebrate the beautiful and diverse state of Arizona through locally driven beer and food. When we're not outside foraging for ingredients ourselves, we're partnering with nearby farms to source the AZ-grown fruit, veggies, grain, and meat that have led us to be consistently ranked among the best breweries in the world. We use water-saving Sinagua malt in every beer we brew, we partner with local companies to compost all of our food waste, and we pursue sustainable efforts whenever possible to ensure the vast Arizona wilderness endures.

Meet Sonoran Teddy Bear, our latest hand crafted, water saving, Hazy IPA!

Named after the intensely prickly cholla cactus; a fuzzy and friendly looking cactus that litters mountainsides across the state. This 7.5% ABV fruit bomb contains notes of gummy bears, fresh berries, passionfruit, and a desert tropical finish.

Available on draft and in 4 packs at all AZW locations.

Remember, don’t pet the cactus 🌵🧸

Let’s give a warm welcome to K4 Ranches as they step into the AZ Wilderness family!

We’re incredibly excited to partner with K4 up in Prescott to provide ethically raised beef to our community down in the valley. Our team were invited up to check out their operation recently, and left with a renewed, and humbled understanding of how important American farming and ranching really is, and how difficult it is to run sustainably, like K4 does every day.

T-18 days until we kick off Maltstock at our Gilbert Brewpub! 🎉 💃 🕺 🎉

Maltstock is a huge party in celebration of a local Maltery in AZ: Sinagua Malt! We’re gonna have a bunch of Sinagua supporting breweries pouring their b**rs, along with games, goats, local bread from Barrio Bread, and live music from One Way Sky and the newly added RINO MUSIC! All ages are welcome, tickets can be purchased on the day, and are also on sale now in the link in our bio!

Salome Saison is another wilderness staple, named after the Salome wilderness in the Sierra Ancha mountain range in Tonto National Forest. This creation showcases a base of mixed-culture saison pulled from our French Oak foudre, fresh Arizona Meyer Lemons from Agritopia Farm in Gilbert, and fruity pink peppercorns.

The result is a lightly tart, fruity spice, and lemon forward saison with delicate notes of rose petal and red berries along with a little funk from our house mixed-culture of yeast and bacteria.

Salome and Bière de Miel are both available in limited quantities on draft, and in 375mL bottles Today!

Bière de Miel, meaning “Honey Beer” in French, is a mixed culture Saison that drops at all AZW locations this week!

Brewed with 100% AZ-grown barley from Sinagua Malt and Triticale from Homestead Malting, local wildflower honey from Carranza honey, and freshly picked citrus blossoms from Agritopia Farm, this low acidity, easy going, mixed-culture saison contains notes of toasted honeycomb, apricot, citrus peel, and floral honeysuckle. Honey was used in two stages: shortly after primary fermentation, and again for bottle and keg conditioning.

Available on draft and in 375mL bottles at all AZW locations this Thursday! Cheers 🍻
