On a GLP-1, or just eating protein-first and lighter these days? Same. 💪

These hold up best when you want less food and more protein:

Any burger — protein-style (wrapped in lettuce) with a side of cottage cheese. Full 1/3 lb local beef or bison patty, real protein, keeps you full

Grilled Chicken Sandwich — a 1/4 lb grilled breast, open-faced or as a lettuce wrap, side salad instead of fries

Salads — Grilled Chicken or Club, dressing on the side (the Club stacks chicken, bacon, and egg)

Smaller appetite? Ask for a to-go box up front — leftovers for tomorrow. We’ve got you.

Classic Spaghetti — hold the meat, we’ll do a simple marinara

Loaded Comfort Bowl — skip the chicken, keep the creamy mashed potatoes, corn, cheese, and gravy

Already meatless: Grilled Cheese, Mac & Cheese, Mozzarella Sticks, and the House Salad

Add a side salad to any of these and you’ve got a full, cozy meal.

Some more swaps! Dairy-free doesn’t mean flavor-free around here. 🍔

Here’s how easy it is to skip the dairy:

Any burger — order it “no cheese” and we load on the lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle (the BBQ Bacon Burger is a favorite — that sauce and crispy onion carry it)

Classic Spaghetti — already dairy-free, just our hearty meat sauce over noodles

BLT — dairy-free as it comes

Grilled Chicken Sandwich — just hold the cheese

We keep it simple: no dairy substitutes, we just leave it off and pile on the good stuff.

Heads up: we cook in a shared kitchen, so we can’t guarantee any item is fully allergen-free. Please tell your server about any allergy. 🤎

We heard you! We worked on creating these slides so that you don’t have to think about it. Our goal is to bring our community together with our food! In order to do that, we need to accommodate the best we can. It’s not perfect. It’s not huge (yet). But it’s a start!

Here are a few simple swaps for those of you with dietary restrictions. This is just the start — the more requests we get, the more we’d love to grow this part of the menu. For now… 🤎

Eating gluten-free? You’ve got more options here than you’d think. 🍝

A few easy swaps and a lot of our menu works for you:

Classic Spaghetti — made with gluten-free noodles for a small upcharge, same hearty meat sauce.

Any burger — protein-style, wrapped in crisp lettuce instead of the bun

Salads & plates — go grilled chicken instead of crispy, and hold the croutons

Our one golden rule: for any gluten-conscious order, we swap crispy chicken for grilled (our breaded chicken shares a fryer).

‼️‼️‼️A note so we’re upfront: we cook in a shared kitchen with shared fryers, so we can’t guarantee any item is fully gluten-free or safe for celiac. We’re glad to make things without gluten ingredients if possible — just tell your server about any allergy and we’ll take care of you. 🤎
