Our 2023 Chardonnay is aged for 10 months in stainless steel. This approach avoids the additional vanilla, toast, and spice flavours often associated with oak aging, allowing the w**e's fruit character and natural acidity to remain in focus.

Expect ripe Meyer lemon, green apple, honeysuckle, and marmalade, with hints of ginger and nutmeg. Its lively acidity gives the full-bodied palate freshness and energy.

Our 2024 Primitivo brings together layers of raspberry, black cherry compote, black plum, and dried fig, with intriguing notes of licorice, black pepper, and dark chocolate.

Made with 100% Primitivo grapes from our estate vineyards in Trinity County, California, this w**e is aged for 18 months in French and American oak. Its concentrated fruit and structured character reflect the distinctive growing conditions of Hyampom Valley, where a slower growing season helps preserve natural acidity while developing depth and complexity.
