🍷 Beets and Barbera. Yes, really.

We’ve added something new to the DNA menu: Jewel-Cut Beet Bruschetta. Roasted beets, tangy goat cheese, toasted pecans, and fresh herbs, all piled onto warm baguette and finished with a good drizzle of balsamic.

To go with it, we’re pouring the Steiner Family Vineyards Red 19 Barbera from Amador County. It’s a bold red with black cherry, blackberry, and a touch of warm spice, and it plays beautifully against the earthy sweetness of the beets and the tang of the goat cheese.

Earthy, sweet, savory, and seriously good. Grab your person and come see us for date night.

🥂 We have a fabulous Chef Nikki addition for the weekend. Beginning tonight through Saturday, enjoy Panko-crusted Alaskan Salmon Cakes with baby greens, ch*****ne vinaigrette, spicy remoulade, and charred lemon. And we suggest some bubbles to go with?

🎃⚡️We’re taking Halloween Back to the 80s! Big hair, bold fashion, questionable dance moves, and of course, great w**e!

This Halloween, we are turning back the clock at DNA for an 80s themed Saturday night. We’ll have 80s music filling the lounge, plus a costume contest with prizes! So dust off those leg warmers tease that hair, and start planning your outfit. Whether you’re channeling Madonna, Miami Vice, or Top Gun, we want to see it!

🥨🍷 Some pairings just make sense! Our Loaded Charcuterie Pretzel has a new BFF - Famille Perrin Réserve Côtes-du-Rhône Rouge!

This Southern Rhône red brings notes of ripe cherry, blackberry, and a hint of peppery spice, with soft tannins that play beautifully with cured meats and cheeses.

And our new Charcuterie Pretzel? Loaded with fruit, cheeses, cured meats, and plenty of mustard and cheese for dipping. A little salty, a little savory, a little sweet, and a lovely glass of red to bring it all together!

Acoustic 2 Man Jam takes over the Lounge tomorrow night from 6:30–9:30pm. Grab a table, order a bottle, and settle in for live music and dinner at DNA.

🍄‍🟫 And speaking of dinner, Chef Nikki’s weekend addition starts tonight! A cozy Chicken + Wild Mushroom Stew featuring four varieties of wild mushrooms, white w**e, fresh herbs, a touch of cream and lemon, served with fresh-baked focaccia perfect for soaking up all the goodness.

The stew is here tonight and Saturday while it lasts. The music joins us Saturday. We’d say your weekend is shaping up nicely.

🌮 Taco Tuesday is in its ground beef era!

Tonight, Chef Nikki is serving ground beef tacos on corn tortillas with cheddar, shredded lettuce, fresh tomatillo salsa verde and chunky pico de gallo. Finished with crunchy watermelon radish and a dusting of parmesan on the tortillas.
