On behalf of all of us at Plank Craft Kitchen & Bar, I want to sincerely thank the Folsom Chamber of Commerce for this Emerging Business Award. It means a lot to be recognized by an organization that does so much to support local businesses and this community.

I also want to thank our incredible team—our staff is at the heart of everything we do. Their hard work, consistency, and genuine care for our guests is what makes Plank so special.

And of course, thank you to the Folsom community. Your support, your trust, and the fact that you choose to spend your time and hard-earned money with us is something we will never take for granted. It’s that very support that allows us to give back to a city that’s given so much to our family.
