As well as the warm comfortable ambiance indoors, come experience our large covered patio, where you can dine outdoors in comfort surrounded by our freshly growing herbs that we use for our dishes. At Verf’s Grill & Tavern we use our hands and knives to create our food from scratch. We take pride in the fact that all components and sauces are created in our kitchen. We never compromise any of our dishes by taking shortcuts. We hope the sights, tastes and smells that were created in our kitchen become memorable. Join us Saturday, October 24th at 6:00 PM for a night built around great wh***ey, bold food, and a table worth gathering around.

We’re serving a three-course wh***ey dinner, with each course paired with a different Pendleton selection.

1st Course — Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp
Bacon-wrapped shrimp drizzled with honey wh***ey glaze over creamy corn risotto, paired with Pendleton Rye.

2nd Course — Braised Short Rib
Slow-braised short rib finished with Pendleton wh***ey glaze, Yukon & smoked Gouda mashed potatoes, and bacon green beans, paired with Pendleton Midnight.

3rd Course — Pendleton Bread Pudding
Warm Pendleton bread pudding with lemon zest, candied pecans, and vanilla bean ice cream, paired with Pendleton 1910.

Come hungry for New Orleans Chicken with Étouffée Sauce, Shrimp & Grits, Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, Blackened Tilapia with Cajun Sauce, Jambalaya Rice, Fried Okra, Hushpuppies and more.
