It’s a little hot out there today. Nevertheless when a barrel aged stout is ready, it’s ready. Barrel Aged Obsidian Crown 12.0% - Imperial Stout
Deep, bold, and indulgent. This stout was first conditioned on vanilla beans from the Comoros Islands, then aged in Wild Turkey and Barton 1792 bourbon barrels, developing complex layers of bittersweet chocolate, espresso, dark caramel, vanilla, and oak, with a lingering bourbon warmth. It’s available for pours only. Stop by and let’s us know your thoughts on it.

Conclave’s Oktoberfest 5.5% - Marzen
This Amber colored beer is true to style, rich in malt, with a balance of clean hop bitterness. Hints of toasted bread and biscuit like malt all around.

New Batch.
Vacant Throne - 4.5% Italian Style Pilsner
For this beer we primarily used Eraclea Pilsner Malt. This malt is produced from premium Eraclea barley grown near the Adriatic Sea northeast of Venice, and has a unique earthy quality to it. Then we paired Perle, Select Spalt and Saphir hops to bring it all together. Hints of malty-sweetness, honey, cracker and spice. It’s avaliable on tap and to go.

It’s the last Wednesday of the month. Trivia Time will be in the taproom 6-8p. Free for all to play!
