Asian Fusion restaurant with a great selection sushi and asian dishes made with fresh seasonal ingre In other words, "Chef’s Choice," in Japanese.

When designing the menu for Inyo Restaurant, executive chef Kenny Wee incorporated influences from many different traditions, including Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean. The diverse selections range from comforting chow mein noodles to spicy Szechuan fish, the latter of which is one of many dishes that features seafood freshly flown in from Hawaii and Japan. The jet-setting proteins can also be found alongside interesting touches such as jalapeños and strawberries. Surrounded by dark Asian tile and crimson walls, guests can sip sake at the sleek, curved bar or experience signature martinis while watching plasma TVs. In warmer months, there's no better place to enjoy a spicy-tuna pizza than out on the patio.
..

"Omakase" means "To Trust." Omakase style allows the chef to be innovative and surprising in the selection of dishes. A great selection of fresh seasonal ingredients and a presentation far beyond what you would ever see. Chef Kenny has been an Omakase chef for many years, for many loyal customers. Allow him to demonstrate for you what his loyal fans have appreciated for years. You can definitely "Trust" him and have a memorable Omakase Experience

🚨👻 THE CASE OF THE MISSING SAUCE PUT-AWAY 👻🚨

Friday night, the manager walked into the kitchen and discovered the sauces had been left out! 😱

Naturally, Ashley was questioned… but Ashley had NO recollection of the crime. Ashley triple-checked and made sure she put everything away last night! 🫡

The manager was ready to launch a full investigation on how she couldn’t remember leaveing our most important side work unfinished, when suddenly… she heard a whoooooo coming from the kitchen. 👀💨

And lo and behold… WE FOUND OUR CULPRIT. 😂👻

Turns out, we’ve got a little ghost on the payroll who’s been sneaking around after hours, stealing sauces and leaving them out for the morning crew. 💀😂

Ashley has been cleared of all charges… for now. The ghost remains at large. 🚨

If you see this little guy wandering around Inyo, PLEASE keep an eye on your sauces. 👻🥢😂
