Join us from 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10 at Pop’s for Italian as we explore the Tuscany region of Italy with a three-course wine tasting dinner co-hosted by sommelier Colleen Swain with Great Lakes Wine and Spirits.
This dinner is specially curated to represent the simple and flavorful cuisine of Tuscany, with wine pairings selected from the region’s historic Ruffino winery.
Starting with a rustic panzanella-bread salad paired with a Pino Grigio, diners will travel the home of the Italian Renaissance before enjoying a creamy Tuscan Chicken paired with Ruffino’s renowned Chianti.
Dessert includes a tender-crusted Italian torte with creamy lemon custard and pine nuts. Tickets to this special dinner are $75, with seating limited.

Appetizer
Panzanella Salad - Tuscan-style panzanella, heirloom tomato, cucumber, red onion, toasted rustic bread, tossed in a basil vinaigrette.
Wine Pairing - Ruffino Lumina Pino Grigio
Main Course
Creamy Tuscan Chicken - Airline chicken simmered in a creamy Tuscan sauce with roasted garlic, sun-dried tomato, spinach, herbs and Orzo pasta.
Wine Pairing - Ruffino Chianti DOCG 1877
Dessert
Torta Della Nonna - Italian dessert with creamy lemon custard, sprinkles and toasted pine nuts in a tender crust.
