After months of preparation, Salt has been completely reimagined, offering guests an elevated dining experience inspired by the natural beauty of the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding coastal landscape. The redesign showcases an entirely new look and feel with a re-imagined dining room, expanded lounge, new private dining areas, and the addition of an ocean view coastal pergola, along with curated new epicurean menus and immersive dining experiences led by acclaimed Chef Okan Kizilbayir.
Michelin-trained Chef Okan Kizilbayir, formerly of Le Bernardin under Chef Eric Ripert, brings refined artistry to Salt. His innovative menu highlights fresh, locally sourced ingredients, blending sea and land flavors with his French-influenced cooking style, while maintaining the award-winning warmth and hospitality Salt is known for. Indulge in Tuna Tartare, Confit Duck Legs, or Squid Risotto, and savor main courses like Baked Halibut, Wagyu with Truffle Hollandaise, and Salt Style Denver Pastrami.
