Michelin-trained Chef Okan Kizilbayir, formerly of Le Bernardin under Chef Eric Ripert, brings refined artistry to Salt. We are delighted to announce that AAA Five Diamond Salt Restaurant will undergo a total transformation during November and early December. Relentlessly in pursuit of perfection, Salt’s main dining room and lounge will be closed for redesign beginning November 1st.

During the remodel Chef Okan will host a series of unique gourmet pop-up dinners with three-course prix-fixe menus in the resort’s sister restaurant, Tidewater Grill. Unveiling a stunning new look in late December, diners can expect completely new décor and fixtures with an expanded Salt Lounge and new outdoor seating.
