June’s Brat of the Month just dropped…The Blueberry 🫐 Goat 🐐

A beer brat loaded up with blueberry compote + goat cheese, finished with rosemary salt on a soft pretzel bun. Sweet, savory, and packed with flavor.

Featured side? Lemon pepper parm fries with our lemon dill ranch because regular fries weren’t gonna cut it this month 🍋

This is Syler 🤝

This’ll be his third year at the farm, and if you’ve ever needed directions to a hidden overlook, a swimming hole nobody talks about, or just the general direction of a good time… he’s your guy. Local born and raised, part cook at the Handlebar + Kitchen, part mountain encyclopedia. ⛰

When he’s not helping run the farm, he’s guiding rafts, setting up shows, helping with The Mountain Music Festival hosted by ACE, or out somewhere with his shadow Lucy (his dog, his sidekick, his unpaid assistant). 🐾

Syler’s the kind of person who can solve a problem before most people even notice it exists. Dependable, hardworking, quick on his feet, and somehow always down for the next adventure. 🙌🏻

We’re lucky to have him on the team 🌿
