Well, this timing worked out pretty nicely.

Our next wine feature is Greenwing Pinot Noir from Oregon’s Willamette Valley 🍷

Dark cherry, cranberry, raspberry and a little baking spice, with enough acidity to play very nicely with food. We’d put it next to the Bacon Bleu burger, the Not Basic B with caramelized onions, or even our Portobello Bites if you’re keeping things meatless.

Pinot Noir and burgers/mushrooms are a pretty solid little partnership.
