🥂 LET’S TALK ABOUT SERVING 100 GUESTS 🥂
When you receive a quote for mobile bartending, you’re not simply paying someone to stand behind a bar and pour drinks for 4 hours.
Let’s use a 100-person event with 4 hours of service as an example.
🥤 SUPPLIES FOR 100 PEOPLE
We may need 300–400+ cups, straws, napkins, juices, sodas, mixers, syrups, lemons, limes, fruit, garnishes, gloves, trash bags, cleaning supplies and more.
🍋 BEFORE THE EVENT
We shop for supplies, prepare and cut garnishes, organize everything, create your custom drink menu, prepare your alcohol shopping list, pack our bar tools and get everything ready for your event.
🚚 LOADING & TRAVEL
The mobile bar, equipment, coolers, tools and supplies all have to be loaded, transported to the venue and unloaded.
🛠️ SETUP
We arrive BEFORE your contracted service time to set up the mobile bar, organize supplies, prepare the bar area and make sure we’re ready when your guests are ready.
🍹 4 HOURS OF SERVICE
Then we actually bartend your event — making cocktails and serving your guests while keeping the bar stocked, clean and organized.
🧹 AFTER YOUR EVENT
When your 4 hours are over, WE’RE NOT DONE!
We break down the entire bar, clean the area, organize everything, pack our equipment and supplies and load everything back into our vehicles.
🏠 AND THEN WE GET HOME…
We still have to unload EVERYTHING.
Bar tools have to be washed and sanitized.
Containers have to be cleaned.
Coolers have to be emptied and cleaned.
Reusable equipment has to be washed.
Leftover supplies have to be sorted.
Everything has to be dried, organized and put back where it belongs.
Then we restock and get everything ready to do it ALL OVER AGAIN for the next event. 🥂

Supplies.
Shopping.
Preparation.
Labor.
Transportation.
Equipment.
Setup.
Professional bartending.
Breakdown.
Cleaning.
And HOURS of work you never see.
A 4-hour bar service does NOT mean we only worked 4 hours.
Even when the client provides the alcohol, there is a lot that goes into professionally servicing 100 guests.
We price our services to cover the actual cost and work required to provide the experience our clients deserve.
