Shrimp Satay Appetizer: Skewered coconut curry marinated shrimp served with a ginger carrot slaw.
Seafood Fra Diavolo: Fresh mussels, scallops and lobster in a spicy tomato sauce over homemade spinach fettuccine, finished with aged asiago cheese and fresh herbs.
Jamaican Jerk Pork: Pork tenderloin cutlets, pan-seared and served over feta whipped polenta and asparagus, finished
with a Jamaican jerk apricot sauce.
Red Snapper: Wild caught red snapper, grilled and served over kale and arugula cous cous, finished with golden cherry
and black plum relish
Beer Battered Cod: Fresh Pacific cod, dipped in McArdle’s Ale batter and fried, served with french fries and coleslaw.
