Fried Mushroom Ravioli Appetizer: Homemade ravioli stuffed with sh*take mushrooms and asiago cheese mix, flash fried, served
with roasted garlic parmesan Bechamel.

Mahi Mahi: Char-grilled Mahi, over herb jasmine rice and sauteed kale & Brussel sprouts, topped with homemade citrus marmalade.

Wild Game Sausage Plate: Venison, elk and smoked kielbasa, grilled and served over O’Brien home fried potatoes and spaghetti squash, finished with apple fig cranberry relish.

Pork Tenderloin: Pan-seared pork tenderloin cutlets over roasted sweet potatoes and spaghetti squash, finished with pan scraped Marsella whole grain mustard sauce.
