AEGIR is owned and operated by brothers Tim and Jeremy Jones and their close friend Jeff Marjamaa. Starting out in a small 35 capacity location in downtown Elk River with a 2 1/2BBL brew system, they have grown steadily over the last three years. They now have a beautiful 4000sqft taproom with a 11,000sqft patio that includes the first Dog Park connected to a brewery in all of MN. They also recently expanded their brewing system to a 7BBL brewhouse with both 7BBL & 15BBL fermentors.

🍯 🍷 IT’S BACK! Mama Juanabee is available in the taproom and for off-sale as of today. Haven’t had it? Check this out…
Cinnamon, chicory root, clove, star anise, basil and hibiscus all infused in our 13% w**e seltzer with nearly a pound of local honey (not fermented) per gallon 🤯 .

Mama is based of a popular drink from the Dominican Republic that is known for its immune boosting properties. We only serve it as a 5oz pour in the taproom as it is meant to be sipped along side your main drink.

- Apple seltzer with cherry and black sugar rim
- Blood orange seltzer with house bitters and whipped cream
- Sangria (W**e seltzer with OJ) and a lime wedge
- Chai Coffee Porter

We will have some Halloween movies on the TV and the back room is open for bags/darts/pool (adults only in the back room)

You would think that with me being in charge of socials, I would take a bunch of pictures and videos of last nights Samhain party… but I did not. I got this one photo, so here it is 🤗.

We had a great time and appreciate all those that came out to enjoy the night with us.

Our Samhain (Halloween) party is tonight!
- ᴍᴏᴅɪꜰʏ ᴛᴀᴛᴛᴏᴏ doing flash tattoos starting @ 2PM
- Nordic belly dancers, fire dancers, tarot reading, bonfires starting @ 6PM (dressing up is encouraged)
- Tonight’s special seltzer is a blood orange margarita with grenadine and house bitters.

NEW B**R 🍺. Grå Hest (Grey Horse) is a LONG OVERDUE TRIVIA winner prize. They have been incredibly patient as we figured out what b**r to do and when it could be released. Congrats on the win team “Grey Horse” however long ago that was 🤣.

☕️ The b**r is 5%ANV and we used cold brew from the Elk River Dunn Brothers for the coffee addition… if you think they are just a chain store without small town character, you couldn’t be more wrong! The owner and staff are absolutely fantastic, friendly and community focused. We are lucky to have them here 👍 (not to mention the obviously delicious coffee and food options)
