Seven days ago we started sharing what we’ve been building.

The response from this community has reminded us exactly why we chose HWY 27.
Dundee doesn’t need another chain restaurant. It doesn’t need another drive-through. It needs something built with intention, for the people who already live here.

That’s what we’re doing.

We picked it because we looked at what Polk County was missing and decided to build the answer.

Halal-certified.
African, Caribbean, and Latin fusion. Upscale plating. Street-level pricing.
A dining room that respects you whether you show up in a suit or fresh off a shift.
