We were truly honored to be part of John and Jessica’s wedding festivities at the gorgeous Vintage Oak Estate. From their rehearsal dinner to the beautiful charcuterie table, wedding dinner, and dessert table, it was such a pleasure helping bring each part of their celebration together.

🍰 NOW HIRING: PART-TIME BAKERY ASSISTANT 🍰

Lorene’s Bakery & Catering is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team!

Looking for someone to work Thursdays 8:30am-5:30pm/ Saturday 8:45-1:30
Responsibilities include:

• Icing and decorating cakes with simple designs
• Assisting customers and providing friendly service
• Preparing, packaging, labeling, and stocking bakery items
• Answering phones and taking customer orders
• Washing dishes and assisting with other daily bakery tasks

The ideal candidate will be:

• At least 21 years old
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual
• Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with customers
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Willing to learn and able to follow instructions and accept
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Available for a flexible part-time schedule, including some Weekends
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Equipped with reliable transportation

Previous bakery, cake-decorating, food-service, or customer-service experience is required. Servsafe Certification a plus!!!

***Candidate must be emotionally mature, and coachable. Applicants should be able to accept constructive criticism and correction professionally, without taking feedback personally. Mistakes are part of learning, but a positive attitude, willingness to improve, and ability to follow direction are essential for this position.
