First and foremost, THANK YOU! ❤️ Every booking, referral, recommendation, and person who has trusted us with a special occasion has helped Bootz The Bartender LLC continue to grow. We truly appreciate you!
As a business owner, one thing I value tremendously is people’s time yours and mine. With that in mind, I wanted to share a few helpful things to know when considering us for your next event:
✨ Donated services are still FULL services.
When I choose to bless someone by donating my services, you receive the same preparation, setup, garnishes, complimentary mixers, professionalism, and customer service as our paying clients. A donated service never means reduced service and often times my staff will even donate their time. Keep in mind that is their travel, wear and tear on their vehicles, and tips although are not required, they are very well appreciated because we work extremely hard. It is so disheartening to offer services free of charge and for a tip to not even to be offered.
☀️ Outdoor events require advance approval.
Please discuss the complete setup with us beforehand, including adequate shade or covering for our team. We want to arrive prepared, comfortable, and ready to give you and your guests our very best. Often times we like to look the part and consistently moving setups is not only time consuming but we want to always look and be presentable, therefore we reserve the right to reserve outside events for tailgating and pool events that allow us to dress down for comfortability.
📅 Please BOOK early. A paying client that secures a deposit will always get a date FIRST. Many of our dates are reserved months and sometimes even years in advance. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but availability for last-minute requests may be limited. Early planning helps us create the best experience for everyone.
💰 A quick note about pricing.
We all see it everything costs more these days. Gas, sodas, mixers, garnishes, supplies, and other operating expenses continue to increase. I have worked hard to keep our pricing competitive and reasonable without compromising the quality of service we provide. If our pricing changes, it will always be communicated before your contract is prepared or finalized. Our prices reflect not only supplies, but also the preparation, professionalism, and level of service we bring to your event.
🍾 Alcohol purchases & pre-mixed beverages.
All alcohol must be purchased and provided by the client. Bootz The Bartender LLC IS NOT permitted to purchase or supply alcohol on behalf of our clients.
Additionally, for liability, safety, and quality-control purposes, we will not serve pre-mixed alcoholic beverages that were prepared by the client, guests, or another party. If an alcoholic beverage requires mixing or preparation, it must be prepared by our team. This allows us to maintain appropriate control over what we are serving while helping protect you, your guests, and our staff. I am sorry if this is your great auntie‘s famous recipes for sangrias, we will NOT serve them and they cannot be served under your ABC license. Failure to not adhere to this will result in my team, and I exiting your event because we value our business license and want to continue providing such service services. All monies from your clients will not be returned , and any refunds that are requested will not be paid through us, but through you for not adhering to the ABC laws. By all means you can prepare any non-alcoholic beverage for the esthetics and for the look, but they must not contain any alcohol whatsoever.
At the end of the day, our goal is simple: to arrive prepared, serve professionally, and help make your event one to remember. 🍸
