I was so moved when JB Climbing Wolf told me he had ordered Threes Brewing LEGACY b**rs for the shop and invited me to co-host an evening featuring this b**r and American artisan cheeses to support the Anne Saxelby Legacy Fund.

Anne was a dear mentor, friend, and inspiration to me and so many others in the cheese world, and her legacy lives on through the work of this amazing organization. If you have ever wanted to get hands-on experience on a farm, check out the Anne Saxelby Legacy Fund, which provides fully paid experiences on farms to foster connections with land and agriculture like the ones Anne had early on (including at Cato Corner Farm where I first helped make cheese in my baby cheesemonger days).

Not a day has passed since we lost Anne in 2021 that I don’t think about her and doing my part to further the strides she made to support U.S. cheesemakers and regional agriculture, so events like this are always extra special. ♥️♥️

Join us this weekend for our Sixth Anniversary! We’ll be celebrating all weekend with fantastic coffees and b**rs. A killer b**r list will be available starting at 7pm and going until late.

Plus if you survive Saturday (or Can’t make it) we’ll have the same killer tap list but with a sandwich pop up from our friends Benny’s Brown Bag at 1pm Sunday.

We’re welcoming Bianca back to the shop this week. This b**r, which we carried 5 years ago, became an instant customer favorite for its intensity of flavors and incredibly rich Lassi like body. In shop we have
