“I’ve always said we don’t serve salmon. But in all actuality I’m just very particular when it comes to salmon. Since the California king salmon fishery/season has been closed for the last 3 seasons there hasn’t been any ability to get salmon.

This year some of the local Dana guys got permits and headed up north to catch some. We strive to serve the best freshest fish we can.
