🚨 DIRTY BIRD PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT — KEEP MAKING NOISE, PEOPLE. 🚨

Alright, DirtyBird family… remember that whole “40 days and 40 nights” thing? Yeah. The clock is ticking, and Harrisburg still needs to hear us. 📞🐦

If the PA General Assembly does not act, cash will be removed from skill games before October 13, and the games are expected to be TURNED OFF on October 13 and scheduled for pickup.

And listen… we know some of you have a very complicated relationship with these machines. 😂 One minute you’re swearing, “I’M NEVER PUTTING ANOTHER DOLLAR IN THAT THING!” and 14 minutes later you’re asking the bartender for change. 👀😂

But jokes aside, this affects small businesses like ours. Revenue from skill games helps businesses keep the lights on, keep people employed, keep prices reasonable, and keep doing all the little things that make your neighborhood watering hole YOUR neighborhood watering hole.

Apparently, legislators are NOT hearing enough from the people and businesses this will actually affect.

So we’re asking again:

📞 CALL YOUR PA STATE REPRESENTATIVE AND STATE SENATOR.
📧 Email them.
📞 Call them again tomorrow.
📣 Tell your friends.
🗣️ Tell your employees, coworkers, family, regular barstool neighbor and that guy who’s been yelling at the same skill game since 2019.

Be respectful — but be persistent.

Tell them you want action taken before October 13 to keep skill games legal and operational in Pennsylvania.

And YES, you can keep calling. One phone call is good. Repeated calls remind them that actual voters, customers, employees and small businesses are paying attention.

Because let’s be serious for half a second…
