I just want to take a minute to brag on my absolutely WONDERFUL employees because I truly cannot get over how amazing and hardworking every single one of them is! ❤️
People see them behind the bar, in the kitchen, serving food, prepping, and hustling around, but what they may not see is everything else these incredible people have going on in their lives!
🍎 Greg and Sue are out there teaching during the week and still come in and work on the weekends!
💪 Lindsey, Brandi, and Ryen all work full-time jobs and still hustle and bustle at the bar multiple nights a week!
💍 Erishea works full time at the bar while also trying to plan and juggle getting MARRIED at the same time! Somehow she manages to do it all!
👶 Mackenzie works full time, is a new mom, AND still works at the bar! Superwoman for sure!
🏋️♀️ Jenn is probably at home working out or training someone else when she isn’t at work 😂 Always on the go!
🎓 Dana and Eliza are officially off to college, and while we miss them like crazy, we are so proud of them and excited to watch what the future holds for them! ❤️
📸🐴🎓 If you don’t see Alaina behind the bar, she might be behind a camera, in a barn, or off at college! One BUSY, BUSY girl!
🏫🏆 Reece is still in school, comes in to prep, and on a derby night, you can normally catch him holding a trophy at the end of the night! 😂🏁
👨🏻🍳🤕Shaun who tho is not with us at the moment but was all fair week, he’s busy getting rested up and doing what not shows! But he should be back with us soon enough!
👨🍳 And of course, we have Cadence, Joe, and Brody, my full-time cooks, who are absolutely AMAZING and keep this place running! We are so lucky to have them!
⚓ AJ is getting ready to be shipped off to the Navy, and we are so incredibly proud of him and thankful for the time we get to have him as part of our team before he heads off on this exciting new journey!
💻 And then there’s Morgan. My behind-the-scenes woman who helps keep so much of this whole operation together. She does all of my payroll, juggles motherhood, and somehow manages to take on whatever job the family throws at her! 😂 She is also my GO-TO person for every random idea, thought, question, or crazy scheme that pops into my head. I don’t know what I would do without her behind the scenes helping make everything happen!
❤️ And we have a new face, Lilly, who also works a full-time job and STILL decided to join our crazy crew!
And then there’s my mom… although, to be honest, she’s EVERYONE’S mom. ❤️
If she isn’t at the produce sales working, or babysitting all of her wonderful grandchildren, you can probably find her at the bar right alongside us, helping us get through every busy shift we have. She jumps in wherever she’s needed, keeps us moving, and somehow always manages to be there when we need her most.
We truly couldn’t run this place without her. She is so much more than my mom—she is a huge part of our bar family, and I know every single one of us is thankful for her. ❤️
I honestly can’t get over how amazing all of my employees are. Every single one of them has so much going on outside of this bar, yet they still show up, work hard, help each other, and give their all.
I am beyond thankful for this crew and so proud to call them MY TEAM. ❤️ They aren’t just employees—they are truly part of our family.
